Welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop!  Please be sure to visit everyone’s blog  to see the great projects they are sharing with you this week.  My project today features the Happy Holly-Days Stamp Set, the Seasonal Labels Dies and the Whimsy & Wonder Specialty Designer Series Paper.  We are all working with a Sketch Challenge this week.  Here is my project:

Here is the Sketch we are all using:

The beautiful Whimsy & Wonder Specialty Designer Series Paper is featured front and center on today’s card.  The patterns with non-traditional colors combined with iridescent accents are so pretty.  I hope I have been able to capture this in my photos.

Adhere a panel of the Whimsy & Wonder DSP to a mat of Blushing Bride cardstock with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then adhere the completed layer to front of a Mint Macaron card base, again using Glue.

Stamp the sentiment from the Happy Holly-Days stamp set on a panel of Basic White card stock with Mossy Meadow ink.  Use a die from the Seasonal Labels Dies to crop the sentiment.  Use Paper Snips to fussy-cut a couple bunches of the Mint Macaron holly leaves and berries.

Adhere the accent pieces to the sentiment label with Mini Glue Dots.  Then adhere the sentiment to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Embellish with a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels to complete.

For the inside, adhere strips of the Whimsy & Wonder Specialty DSP along the left and right sides of the inside of the card base.  Stamp the sentiment from the Happy Holly-Days stamp set with Mossy Meadow ink on a panel of Basic White card stock.  Use Liquid Glue to adhere the stamped panel to a mat of Blushing Bride card stock.  Then Glue the layer to the inside of the card.  Hoping you like this look as much as I do and will give it a try.
