Welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop!  Please be sure to visit everyone’s blog  to see the great projects they are sharing with you this week.  My project today features the Elegantly Said Stamp Set, the Beauty of Tomorrow Stamp Set, the Blackberry Beauty Ephemera Pack and the Blackberry Beauty Specialty Designer Series Paper.  We are all working with a Color Challenge this week.  Here is my project:

I used the Blackberry Beauty Specialty Designer Series Paper for today’s card.  It has botanical prints – some with birds – and the deep, rich colors listed above with gold foil accents.  My card has four of the five colors listed, no Early Espresso.  I also used the Blackberry Beauty Ephemera Pack for the gold foil floral precut image on the card front.

This fun fold is called a Joy Fold.  Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere all the panels of DSP and card stock.  The largest panel of the Blackberry Beauty Specialty DSP is adhered to the inside/front of the card base.  The medium sized piece is adhered to the inside upper section of the smaller card.  The smallest piece is adhered to the front flap.

The front of the smaller card is a panel of Blackberry Bliss card stock matted on a Gold Foil sheet.  Adhere a precut gold foil floral image from the Blackberry Beauty Ephemera Pack with small dabs of Liquid Glue and embellish with a Bumblebee Trinket.

Use Blackberry Bliss ink to stamp the sentiment from the Elegantly Said stamp set on a panel of Basic White card stock.  Stamp the bird from the Beauty of Tomorrow Stamp set in the lower right corner.  Then adhere the stamped panel to a Gold Foil mat before adhering to the inside of the small card.

The small card is adhered to the card base with Liquid Glue – centered top to bottom and left to right.  It’s really a very easy fold.  Give it a try!
