Stampin’ Up! Blessings of Home Day for Love for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop!  Please be sure to visit everyone’s blog  to see the great projects they are sharing with you this week.  My project today features the Blessings of Home Bundle and the Daffodil Afternoon Designer Series Paper.  We are working with a Color Challenge this week.  Here is my card:

And here are the colors we are using (pick at least 3) :

This card has five of the colors shown above – no Basic Black.  The floral image from the Blessings of Home stamp set is stamped on a panel of Shimmery White card stock with Evening Evergreen ink.  Use cotton swabs or foam make-up applicators to add color to the image.

The large flowers are colored with Flirty Flamingo ink and have Pale Papaya centers.  The small flowers are colored with Crushed Curry ink with Pale Papaya centers.  The leaves and stems are colored with Mossy Meadow ink.  Crop the image with the coordinating die from the Flowers of Home Dies.

Stamp the sentiment with Evening Evergreen ink on a panel of Shimmery White card stock.  Crop with a label die from the Potted Succulents Dies.  Adhere a panel of Daffodil Afternoon DSP to a mat of Shimmery White card stock.  Then adhere the layer to the front of a Mossy Meadow card base.

The sentiment is adhered to the card front with Liquid Glue.  The floral accent is adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Embellish with a small bow tied from Flirty Flamingo Metallic Ribbon and some Champagne Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

Use Evening Evergreen ink – stamped off twice – to add the floral image to a panel of Shimmery White card stock.  Adhere the stamped panel to a mat of Pale Papaya card stock before adhering to the inside of the card.
