Welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop! Please be sure to visit everyone’s blog to see the great projects they are sharing with you this week. My project today features the Flowering Tulips Stamp Set and the Sweet Talk Designer Series Paper now available for ordering from the January–June 2022 Mini Catalog. We are working with a Theme Challenge this week. Here is my card:
And here is the sketch we are using:
The Sweet Talk Designer Series Paper has plenty of hearts and sweet graphic designs perfect for Valentines Day. I added a panel to the front of the card base and fussy cut a few images of candies for the inside.
Use the Dotty Hearts embossing folder to add texture to a panel of Basic White card stock. Use a Blending brush to lightly add some color from a Real Red ink pad to highlight the texture. Then adhere the panel to a mat cut from Real Red card stock with a die from the Stitched So Sweetly Dies. The layer is adhered to the card front with Dimensionals.
The sentiment from the Flowering Tulips stamp set is added to a panel of Real Red card stock with White embossing powder. Crop the sentiment with a label die from the Potted Succulents dies. Adhere a length of ribbon from the Playful Pets trim combo to the back of the label with Mini Glue Dots. Then adhere the sentiment to the card front with Dimensionals.
Fussy cut a few candy images from the Sweet Talk DSP with paper snips, then adhere to the Basic White panel on the inside of the card. Sweet for sure!

a lot of work, but it resulted in a lovely card. I like the way you added just a little color to the embossed panel to highlight the texture. And, as always, your fussy cutting is superb!
