Welcome to Simply Stampin’ Sunday – my post of Clean And Simple projects that can be made in minutes using Stampin’ Up! products. This week’s project features the Daisy Lane Stamp Set, the Painted Harvest Stamp Set, the Medium Daisy Punch and the Leaf Punch. The sentiment is from the Lovely Is The Day Stamp Set, cut out with the Stitched Shapes Dies.
I have to admit this card isn’t as Clean and Simple as most of my Simply Stampin’ Sunday cards, because it has more steps and layers. It is still an easy card to make. The layout is CASEd from a card made by Kelly Gaudet that I found on Pinterest.
Use the Pinewood Planks 3D Embossing Folder to add texture to a panel of Whisper White card stock. Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere the textured panel to a mat of Pineapple Punch card stock, then adhere the completed layer to the front of a Night of Navy card base.
Each flower is made with two medium daisies from the Daisy Lane stamp set stamped in Night of Navy ink on Whisper White card stock, then cut out with the Medium Daisy Punch. Stamp again on a strip of Pineapple Punch card stock and cut out only the center with Paper Snips. Build your flowers by adhering the layers and center with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. Stamp the leaves from the Painted Harvest stamp set in Granny Apple Green ink on a panel of Granny Apple Green card stock and cut them out with the Leaf Punch.
Use Night of Navy ink to stamp the sentiment from the Lovely is the Day stamp set on a panel of Whisper White card stock. Use a Stitched Shapes oval die to cut it out. Fold a 4″ length of 3/8″ Denim Ribbon in half and adhere to the card front with Glue Dots. Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the sentiment label centered on the card front. Adhere the daisies next using Stampin’ Dimensionals and then tuck the leaves in under the flowers and label and adhere with Liquid Glue.
Add a Daisy to the inside panel as well, stamping the flower and adding a center stamped on Pineapple Punch and cut out. The inside panel is adhered to a mat of Pineapple Punch card stock and then the layer is adhered to the inside of the card using Liquid Glue for all.
