Stampin’ Up! SALE-a-bration Celebration for Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop

Welcome to Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop!  Our theme this month is “Celebrate”.  My project today features a Sneak Peek of a couple new products from SALE-a-bration that starts January 4th!  Yippee!!!  We have a great group of participants in our hop this month.  Please take time to stop by to visit each blog to see what the Inkin’ Krew Team members are sharing with you today.

This card features the Daffodil Afternoon Designer Series Paper – FREE with a $50 purchase from Jan 4 to Feb 28, 2022.  The sentiment is from the Catching Butterflies Stamp Set, also FREE with a $50 purchase.  The sentiment label is from the Tasteful Labels Dies.

This is a quick and easy card.  The beautiful Daffodil Afternoon DSP does all the work for you.  Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere a panel of the Designer Series Paper to a panel of Very Vanilla card stock.  Use Liquid Glue to adhere the layer to the front of a Basic Black card base.

Use Mossy Meadow ink to stamp a sentiment from the new Catching Butterflies Stamp Set on a small panel of the same Designer Series Paper (on the reverse side).  Then crop with a die from the Tasteful Labels Dies.  Use a pencil to trace around the outside of the die on a panel of Basic Black card stock and cut out with Paper Snips.  Use Liquid Glue to adhere the sentiment label to the mat you just created.

Adhere the sentiment to the front of the card using Liquid Glue.  Finish off with a little bow tied made with Flirty Flamingo 1/4″ Metallic Ribbon adhered with a Mini Glue Dot.  So sweet!

Adhere a strip of the Daffodil Afternoon Designer Series Paper to a panel of Vanilla card stock with Liquid Glue.  Then adhere the panel to the inside of the card base.  Easy-peasy!!  And ready to celebrate any occasion.

Beautiful Card. The supplies call for 3 panels, but the card looks like it’s a single piece of DSP.

    • suepr8ther says:

Hi Avis, thanks for stopping by. The three panels are: one large panel for the card front, one small panel for the sentiment piece and one strip on the inside of the card. They are listed in the step by step instructions. Have fun!

  8. This DSP is stunning as is the card! Thanks for sharing Sue!
