Stampin’ Up! Christmas Season for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop!  Please be sure to visit everyone’s blog  to see the great projects they are sharing with you this week.  My project today features the Christmas Season Stamp Set, the Christmas to Remember Stamp Set, the Seasonal Labels Dies and the Painted Christmas Designer Series Paper.  We are all working with a Sketch Challenge this week.  Here is my project:

And here is the Sketch we are using:

The Crumb Cake background in this particular pattern from the Painted Christmas Designer Series Paper inspired me to use Crumb Cake when creating the card I’m sharing with you today.  And I’m glad I did!  I like this combination and hope you do too.

Stamp the single evergreen branch three times on a panel of Crumb Cake card stock with Evening Evergreen ink.  Use Soft Succulent ink to stamp the small branch two times and Real Red to stamp the berries two times.  Crop the stamped images with the corresponding dies from the Seasonal Labels Dies set.

Cut a panel of Evening Evergreen card stock with the second to largest label die from the Seasonal Labels Dies set.  Arrange the branches and berries on the label, adhering with Mini Glue Dots.  Trim the fourth berry off with Paper Snips and add it separately.  Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere a panel of Painted Christmas Designer Series Paper to an Evening Evergreen card stock mat.  Then use Liquid Glue to adhere the art piece label to the completed panel.

Use Evening Evergreen ink to stamp the sentiment from the Christmas to Remember Stamp Set on a strip of Very Vanilla Thick card stock.  Crop the sentiment with the coordinationg label die from the Seasonal Labels Dies.  Adhere the sentiment to the front panel with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Add a bow tied with Crumb Cake twine from the Baker’s Twine Essentials Pack using a Mini Glue Dot.

Use Evening Evergreen ink to stamp the sentiment from the Christmas to Remember Stamp Set on a panel of Very Vanilla card stock.  Adhere to a panel of Evening Evergreen card stock.  The layer is then adhered to the inside of the card with Liquid Glue.  Add a die cut branch stamped with Evening Evergreen ink on Crumb Cake and some Real Red berries.  The “extra” berry is trimmed off and added to the sentiment strip.  Add some Clear Wink of Stella to ALL the berries to add some sparkle.
