Stampin’ Up! Celebration Tidings for Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Bog Hop

Welcome to Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop!  This month our theme is “Fall Frenzy”.  My project today features the Celebration Tidings Stamp Set, the Plaid Tidings Designer Series Paper and the Painted Label Dies.  We have a great group of participants in our hop.  Please take time to stop by to visit each blog to see what the Inkin’ Krew Team members are sharing with you today.

This sheet of Plaid Tidings Designer Series Paper features a number of the rich, deep colors of fall and pairs nicely with the pumpkin image from the Celebration Tidings stamp set.  I decided a Fun Fold would work well with my design – hope you think so too!

Use your Stamparatus to set up both stamps of the pumpkin and foliage images, ink them with Early Espresso ink and stamp on a panel of Very Vanilla card stock.  The images are spaced about 3/4″ apart to frame the sentiment strip.  Use Stampin’ Blends in Pumpkin Pie, Old Olive and Rich Razzleberry to color the image.

Use a die from the Painted Label Dies to crop the art piece.  Then place the die upside down on a panel of Pumpkin Pie card stock and trace around the outside edge with a pencil.  Use Paper Snips to cut out the traced image to create a mat for the art piece.  Adhere the art piece to the mat with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Use Early Espresso ink to stamp the sentiment on a strip of Pumpkin Pie card stock and the adhere to the art piece.

Adhere a panel of Plaid Tidings DSP to the front of the Rich Razzleberry card base with Liquid Glue.  Then adhere a strip of DSP to a panel of Very Vanilla card stock before adhering it to the inside of the card base with Liquid Glue.  Center the art piece on the card and use Glue to adhere it to the front.  Add a triple loop bow tied with the Gold Cord from the Wonder of the Season Ribbon Combo Pack adhered with Mini Glue Dots and a few Gilded Gems to complete.
