Stampin’ Up! Country Club Birthday for Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop

Welcome to Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop!  This month our theme is “For the Boys/Men”.  My project today features the Country Club Designer Series Paper, sentiments from the Band Together Stamp Set and a Sneak Preview of a new die from the Tasteful Labels Dies.  We have a great group of participants in our hop this month.  Please take time to stop by to visit each blog to see what the Inkin’ Krew Team members are sharing with you today.

The Country Club Designer Series Paper is retiring in a few weeks, so if you want it, better order soon – it’s only available while supplies last!

To begin, adhere a panel of Country Club Designer Series Paper to a panel of Whisper White card stock with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Then use Liquid Glue to adhere the layer to the front of a Crumb Cake card base.

Select a scene from the collection featured on a sheet of the Country Club DSP and color it with Watercolor Pencils.  Use Old Olive, Early Espresso, Pacific Point, Daffodil Delight, Melon Mambo and Bermuda Bay pencils to color the scene.  Then adhere the scene to a panel of Crumb Cake card stock.  Wrap a length of Linen Thread around the left side of the layer, securing the ends on the back side with tape.  Fold a 3″ length of thread in half, slide the loop under the wrapped thread, then insert the two ends through the loop and tighten to create the knot.

Adhere the art piece to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Use Night of Navy ink to stamp the sentiment from the Band Together Stamp Set on a panel of Crumb Cake card stock.  Use a die from the new Tasteful Labels Dies (available for order June 3rd) to cut out the sentiment.  Then adhere the sentiment label to the art piece with Liquid Glue.

Use Night of Navy ink to stamp the sentiment from the Band Together Stamp Set in the center of a panel of Whisper White card stock.  Then use Liquid Glue to adhere it to a panel of Night of Navy card stock before gluing it to the inside of the card base.
