Welcome to Simply Stampin’ Sunday – my post of Clean And Simple projects that can be made in minutes using Stampin’ Up! products.  This week’s Sympathy Card features products from the new Peaceful Poppies Suite – the Peaceful Moments Stamp Set, the Painted Poppies Stamp Set, the Painted Labels Dies and the Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper.  I am pulling together some projects for my Open House next weekend, and this card will be included.

Love how the design on this sheet of the Peaceful Poppies DSP can be cut to make six card fronts.

The sentiment is from the Peaceful Moments Stamp Set and cropped with a die from the Painted Label Dies set.

Use Old Olive and Poppy Parade Stampin’ Write markers to color directly on the floral stamp from the Painted Poppies stamp set.

Here are the Simple Steps to make these cards:

1. Cut a 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ panel of Flirty Flamingo card stock.  Score at 4-1/4″ and fold in half for the card base.
2. Cut a 5″ x 3-3/4″ panel of Painted Poppies DSP and adhere to a 5-1/8″ x 3-7/8″ panel of Basic Black card stock with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
3. Use Liquid Glue to adhere the completed layer to the front of the card base.
4. Use Tuxedo Black Memento Ink to stamp the sentiment from the Peaceful Moments stamp set on a scrap of Whisper White Thick card stock.
5. Use a label die from the Painted Labels Dies to cut it out.
6. Adhere the label to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
7. Cut a length of Blackberry Bliss Nature’s Twine and tie a small bow to adhere to the card front with some Liquid Glue.
8. Use Old Olive and Poppy Parade Stampin’ Write markers to color direct to rubber on the poppy stamp from the Painted Poppies Stamp Set.
9. Moisten the stamp with your breath and stamp on a 3-3/4″ x 5″ panel of Whisper White card stock.
10. Stamp the sentiment from the Peaceful Moments stamp set with Tuxedo Black Memento ink on the inside panel, as well.
11. Adhere the completed panel to the inside of the card base with Liquid Glue.
12. And, you’re done!
