Stampin’ Up! Night Before Christmas for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  Please be sure to visit everyone’s blog  to see the great projects they are sharing with you for this challenge.  My card features the Night Before Christmas Memories & More Card Pack and Night Before Christmas Designer Series Paper.  We are all working with a sketch challenge this week – here’s my card:

And here’s the sketch we are using this week:

This card has NO STAMPING!  What?!?  It’s true, the sentiment panel is die cut from a Night Before Christmas Memories & More Card using the largest circle from the Stitched Shapes Dies set.  Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere it to a Whisper White scalloped circle mat cut with the Layering Circles Dies.  So easy!

Adhere a panel of Night Before Christmas Designer Series Paper to a mat cut from Old Olive card stock using Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Wrap a length of Cherry Cobbler 3/8″ Diagonal Stripe Ribbon around the completed layer and use tape to secure the ends on the back.  Then use Liquid Glue to adhere the layer to the front of a Cherry Cobbler card base.

Adhere the sentiment circle to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Cut two single boughs from Old Olive card stock with the Beautiful Boughs Dies.  Adhere the boughs to the sentiment layer with dabs of Liquid Glue.  Add a bow adhered with Mini Glue Dots and some Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

Adhere a couple strips of Night Before Christmas DSP to the top and bottom edges of a panel of Whisper White card stock before adhering it to a panel of Old Olive card stock using Liquid Glue.  Then adhere the completed layer to the inside of the card base.  Another card finished and ready to send…
