Stampin’ Up! Harvest Hellos Giving Thanks for Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop

Welcome to Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop!  This month our theme is “Giving Thanks”.  My card features the Harvest Hellos Stamp Set and coordinating Apple Builder Punch, plus the Come To Gather Designer Series Paper.  We have a great group of participants in our hop this month.  Please take time to stop by to visit each blog to see what the Inkin’ Krew Team members are sharing with you today.

This card is perfect for the harvest season and Thanksgiving, do you agree?

Use Early Espresso ink to stamp the pumpkin image from the Harvest Hellos Stamp Set four times on panels of Come To Gather Designer Series Paper.  I used different designs of paper that had Cajun Craze as the main color.  Use the coordinating Apple Builder Punch to cut them out.

Stamp the leaf and stem with Early Espresso ink on Old Olive card stock.  The stem is stamped four times and cut out with the Apple Builder Punch.  The leaf is stamped seven times and each one is fussy-cut.

Adhere the panel of Come to Gather DSP to the Early Espresso card stock mat with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.  Adhere the three pumpkins as shown; the pumpkin lowest on the panel is adhered with Stampin’ Dimensionals, the other two are adhered with Liquid Glue.  Wrap Linen Thread across the top of the panel three times, securing the loose ends on the back side of the layer with tape.

Adhere the completed layer to a panel of Very Vanilla card stock which is then adhered to the front of the Cajun Craze card base.  Use Liquid Glue for both.  Stamp the sentiment from the Harvest Hellos stamp set on a panel of Very Vanilla card stock.  Cut it out with a die from the Stitched Labels Dies.  Use Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the sentiment label over the wrapped Linen Thread. Adhere the stems and leaves as shown with Liquid Glue.  Tie three small bows with Linen Thread and adhere them to each pumpkin at the base of the stems.

Adhere the Very Vanilla panel to an Early Espresso card stock mat before adhering to the inside of the card, using Liquid Glue for all.  Complete with one more pumpkin, plus a stem and a couple leaves.  Ready to send out to make someone smile…
