Stampin’ Up! Parcels & Petals Birthday Cheer for Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop

Welcome to Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop!  This month our theme is “Birthday”.  My card features the Parcels & Petals Stamp Set and the beautiful Pressed Petals Specialty Designer Series Paper.  We have a great group of participants in our hop this month.  Please take time to stop by to visit each blog to see what the Team members are sharing with you today.

To begin, use Rococo Rose ink to stamp the Birthday sentiment from the Parcels & Petals Stamp Set in the bottom right corner of a panel of Very Vanilla card stock.  Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere the stamped panel to a mat of Rococo Rose card stock.  Then adhere the layer to a Merry Merlot card base in the same manner.

Cut a square of patterned paper from the Pressed Petals Specialty Designer Series Paper pack and adhere it to a panel of Mossy Meadow card stock.  The photographic image of pressed flowers over linen fabric is the art piece, this paper does all the work.

Adhere the layer to the card front with dimensionals.  Add a triple loop bow tied with Mossy Meadow twine from the Magnolia Lane Ribbon Combo Pack.  So cute!  This card layout is CASEd from BJ Peters – (Stampin’ BJ) – I’m a big fan of her style.

Inside, adhere a strip of Pressed Petals Specialty Designer Series Paper along the bottom edge of a panel of Very Vanilla card stock which is then adhered to a panel of Rococo Rose card stock.  The layer is then adhered to the inside of the card base – all with Liquid Glue.
