Stampin’ Up! Delightful Day Bundle for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop.  Please be sure to visit everyone’s blog to see the great projects they are sharing with you.  My project features the new Delightful Day Stamp Set and the Delightful Tag Topper Punch, which will be available at a 10% savings if you purchase them together as the Delightful Day Bundle.  Yay for savings!  We are all working with a color challenge this week.  Here’s my project:

And here are the beautiful bright colors we are using this week:

‘Tis the season for giving – gifts for graduates, teachers, bus drivers, maybe gifts for a team, as well as gifts for bridesmaids and treats for wedding guests.  Here’s a perfect solution for presenting those gifts.  The Mini Pizza Box is the perfect size for everything from a gift card, to a bracelet, maybe a cookie (it’s food safe) or some candy.  It goes together quickly and you can easily switch up the colors based on the event – school colors, team colors, wedding colors.

I CASE’d this from the 2019-20 Annual Catalog – check out page 6, where the new bundles are listed.  I fell in love with the gift box and I’ve also fallen in love with the new Delightful Tag Topper Punch, designed to punch tags from 1″, 1-1/2″ and 2″ wide strips of card stock.

This tag started as a 2″ wide strip of Whisper White card stock.  Use the Delightful Tag Topper Punch for the top.  Round the bottom corners with the Detailed Trio Punch.  Stamp the leaf image from the Delightful Day stamp set with Granny Apple Green ink and use a blender pen to fill in the color on the leaves.  Stamp the flower image from the set with Daffodil Delight ink.  Use a Coastal Cabana Stampin’ Write marker to color over the dots on the stamped image.

The sentiment is heat embossed on a panel of Coastal Cabana card stock with White Stampin’ Emboss Powder and cut out with an oval die from the Stitched Shapes Framelits Dies.  Adhere the oval piece to the tag with Stampin’ Dimensionals.  Embellish with a new Flower Faceted Gem – so sparkly!

Assemble the Mini Pizza Box and use Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere a panel of Daffodil Delight card stock to the lid.  Adhere a smaller panel of Coastal Cabana DSP to the lid, as well.  Wrap a length of Granny Apple Green Textured Weave Ribbon around the box and tie a bow.  Use a length of White Baker’s Twine to attach the tag to the bow.
