Welcome to Simply Stampin’ Sunday – my post of Clean And Simple projects that can be made in minutes using Stampin’ Up! products. This week’s card features the new Incredible Like You stamp set and the new All My Love Designer Series Paper.
My card design was inspired by Freshly Made Sketches 368
Love the coordinating floral designs in the All My Love DSP collection. I chose a couple of my favorites to use on this card. The embossed panel in the background adds texture as well as a soft, feminine touch.
The patterned panels are matted with Lovely Lipstick card stock to add definition to the shapes. The heart accent fussy-cut from the All My Love DSP adds a bit of fun.
The sentiment and mat are cut out with the label dies in the Frosted Bouquet Framelits Dies set. A triple-loop bow in Linen Thread adds the finishing touch.
One more heart from the All My Love DSP finishes off the inside panel. Ready for your sweet love note. Enjoy!
Here are the Simple Steps to make this card:
- Cut a 4-1/4″ x 11″ panel of Whisper White Thick card stock, score at 5-1/2″ and fold in half for card base.
- Use the Tufted Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder and Big Shot to add texture to a panel of Whisper White card stock. Trim to 4″ x 5-1/4″ and adhere to the card front with SNAIL.
- Cut two panels of coordinating All My Love Designer Series Paper 2″ x 2-3/4″.
- Cut two panels of Lovely Lipstick card stock 2-1/8″ x 2-7/8″ for mats.
- Adhere the DSP panels to the mats with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
- Adhere the panels to the card front with Liquid Glue.
- Stamp the sentiment from the Incredible Like You stamp set with Lovely Lipstick ink on a panel of Whisper White card stock.
- Use the label dies from the Frosted Bouquet Framelits Dies to cut out the sentiment and a mat of Lovely Lipstick card stock. Adhere with Liquid Glue.
- Wrap the label with a length of Linen Thread, adhere to the back with tape. Tie a triple-loop bow and adhere to the label with a Glue Dot.
- Adhere the label to the card front with Stampin’ Dimensionals.
- Use Paper Snips to fussy-cut two small hearts from a sheet of All My Love DSP.
- Adhere one heart to the card front with Glue.
- Adhere the second heart to a panel of Whisper White card stock, which is then adhered to the inside of the card with Liquid Glue.
