Stampin’ Up! Country Home Thankful for the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop

Welcome to the Happy Inkin’ Thursday Blog Hop!  Be sure to visit everyone’s blog to see the projects they are sharing with you.  I used the Country Home stamp set and Country Lane Designer Series Paper for today’s card.  We are working with a sketch challenge this week.  Here’s my card:

And here’s the sketch for this week:

The Country Lane Designer Series Paper has such rich colors, perfect for Fall and Thanksgiving.  And the Country Home stamp set has images and sentiments that coordinate perfectly.  So glad we have Blackberry Bliss as a current color once again.

Use Multipurpose Liquid Glue to adhere a panel of the Designer Series Paper to a Whisper White card stock mat.  Wrap a length of Blackberry Bliss twine from the Nature’s Twine collection to this layer and secure to the back with tape, then adhere the layer to the Blackberry Bliss card base with Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Use Blackberry Bliss ink to stamp the sentiment from the Country Home stamp set on a panel of Whisper White card stock.  Use the Layering Ovals Framelits to cut out the sentiment and a Blackberry Bliss scalloped oval mat.  Adhere the layers with Liquid Glue and then adhere to the card front.  Use the Banner Triple Punch to cut the end of a strip of DSP.  Add a Galvanized Clip with a bow to the banner before adhering to the card front with Dimensionals.  Curl the ends of the banner a bit for some added dimension.

Adhere a strip of the DSP along the left edge of the interior Whisper White panel before adhering to the inside of the card base.  So easy to make and so pretty to send to someone to brighten their day.
