Stampin’ Up! Halloween Fun for Amy’s Inkin’ Krew Team Blog Hop

Welcome back to another Inkin’ Krew team blog hop!  Our very talented team is doing a blog hop featuring Stampin’ Up! products.  Our theme this month is “Halloween Fun”.  My card features images from the colorful new Toil & Trouble Designer Series paper.  Here is what I created:

The Toil & Trouble Designer Series Paper has so many cute images – hard to decide which ones to feature on my card today – but I went with a friendly witch and her friends – a cat and a frog.  I fussy-cut them with my Paper Snips and adhered them to a panel of Mango Melody card stock with Multipurpose Liquid Glue, intentionally having them extend a bit over the edge.  I cut a mat from Gorgeous Grape and adhered it to the back with a slight twist, using Liquid Glue.

Adhere a panel of Toil & Trouble DSP to the Mango Melody card base with Liquid Glue.  Wrap a length of Black 3/8″ Glittered Organdy Ribbon around the card front and secure the ends with tape where they will be covered by the art piece.  Then adhere the art piece to the card front with Dimensionals.

Stamp the sentiment from the Seasonal Chums stamp set on a scrap of Daffodil Delight card stock with Tuxedo Black Memento ink.  Punch it out with the 1″ circle punch.  Adhere to the card front with a Dimensional.  Remove the ring from a Spider Trinket and use a pair of pliers to snap off the loop.  Adhere to the card front with a Glue Dot.  Tie a bow with the Black Organdy ribbon and adhere to the ribbon at the edge of the art piece with another Glue Dot.

Fussy-cut an image of a witch hat.  There are so many cute ones to pick from in this DSP pack!  Adhere to the inside of the card with Liquid Glue.  Stamp the sentiment from the Seasonal Chums stamp set with Tuxedo Black Memento ink to the card interior.  It’s ready to share with a friend.
