Welcome to Simply Stampin’ Sunday – my weekly post of  Clean And Simple projects that can be made in minutes using Stampin’ Up! products.

Today I am showing you a few projects made at my 2018-19 Annual Catalog launch Open House event.  As part of the Make & Takes, customers decorated a box of their choice: Mini Pizza Box, Kraft Pillow Box  and Silver or Lustrous White Mini Gable Box.  We used the Pop of Petals stamp set and Four-Petal Flower Punch bundle.  Here is my project.  Some of my customers’ completed projects are shown below – lots of options…

The flowers from the Pop of Petals set were stamped with Blushing Bride ink on Whisper White card stock and punched with the Four-Petal Flower Punch.  The leaves from the Pop of Petals set were stamped with Shaded Spruce ink on Whisper White card stock and fussy-cut using Paper Snips Scissors.  Another option is to stamp the leaves from the Painted Harvest stamp set and punch using the Leaf Punch.

The flower petals are curled gently using your fingers and overlapped to add interest and dimension before adhering them to the banner strip.  Then the leaves are slipped under the blooms and adhered with Liquid Glue.  Gold Faceted Gems are the perfect finishing touch.

Here are the Simple Steps to make this project:

1. Cut a piece of Shaded Spruce card stock 1″ x 4″ and trim the banner ends using the Banner Triple Punch.
2. Adhere the banner strip to the Kraft Pillow Box with Multipurpose Liquid Glue.
3. Stamp three flowers from the Pop of Petals stamp set on a 2″ x 5-1/2″ panel of Whisper White card stock with Blushing Bride ink.  Punch them out using the Four-Petal Flower punch.
4. Stamp the leaf from the Pop of Petals stamp set multiple times on a 2″ x 5-1/2″ strip of Whisper White card stock with Shaded Spruce ink.  Use Paper Snips scissors to cut the leaves out – chop off the stems, they won’t show.  (Another option is to stamp the leaf from the Painted Harvest stamp set and punch them out with the Leaf punch.
5. Curl the flower petals using your fingers and arrange them along the banner strip, overlapping them for added interest and dimension.  Apply Liquid Glue under the flower centers only and adhere them to the banner.
6. Slip the leaves under the flowers and adhere with Liquid Glue.  If the stems are in the way, just snip them off, since they won’t show anyway.
7. Add Gold Faceted Gems to the flower centers as a finishing touch.
8. Ready for any occasion!  Smile at how quick & easy this was to complete 🙂

Here are some of my customers’ completed projects.  They chose to use the leaf image from the Painted Harvest stamp set and the Leaf punch.  Their flowers are adhered to a panel of Soft Sea Foam card stock matted with Shaded Spruce card stock.  The completed art pieces are adhered to Mini Pizza Boxes and a Lustrous White Mini Gable Box.
