Stampin’ Up! Delightful Daisy Notecard

Sometimes a handwritten note on a sweet notecard is just perfect for the occasion.  The Delightful Daisy Designer Series Paper had so many sweet floral images – just delightful to work with!

The front of the Night of Navy 3-1/2″ x 5″ notecard is scored on all sides at 1/4″ and 3/8″ to frame the design.  I chose an image that worked perfectly and fussy-cut it, purposely leaving a narrow white border all around.  Multipurpose Liquid Glue was my choice to adhere the floral image to the card front.  Clear Wink of Stella added some sparkle to the daisies.   The new 1/8″ Sheer Ribbon in Calypso Coral is the perfect size for a small bow, adhered with a Glue Dot.  For the final touch, I added a few Pearls and Rhinestones.  Quick and easy!

The panel for the card interior provides plenty of area to write a special note.  It is cut 6″ x 4-1/2″ , scored at 3″ and folded in half.  I used SNAIL to adhere the upper portion only to the back side of the card front, carefully aligning the folds and left the lower half free.  A small floral image from the Delightful Daisy DSP is fussy-cut and adhered to the bottom right corner of the interior panel.  Add a little Wink of Stella on the daisies for some sparkle, and it’s complete, ready for that special note.
